Focus on allelic gene regulation, ES gene regulation and species specific gene regulation, combining hybrid mouse and Rat-Mouse fusion cells with multi omics techniques including ATAC, HiC, RNA-Seq and Chip-Seq to illuminate the regulatory mechanism.
