We conducted a series of experiments and fine-tuned data analysis and found a bunch of functional cis-elements involved in the PAS regulation based on screening method.

The Function of Protein FAM46C in Early Development Oct 2017 – Dec 2018

Experiments were done in Homo sapiens and Xenopus laevis, further analysis were done by using Python and MATLAB and several RBPs and Physical interacted proteins were found.
